I was a little apprehensive that someone could meet all the demands of the architectural board for our neighborhood in building a shed. Bestway was able assist with photos and ideas to help gain approval from AB. They built the shed after special ordering the colors and type of materials I needed to match the new home. They completed in 3 days, one of which was nasty cold and raining some of the day. I was given an approximate start date upon contract and then a week or so out a more definite start date. They also did a nice clean up after finishing. I would highly recommend them to anyone and think they should add "custom" in their name. -J. Farmer from Midlothian

They had plenty to designs and options to choose from, and the selection and consultation process was smooth and very budget-conscious. Appointment times were a bit restricted as apparently they're so popular. They were able to get the job done a bit earlier than expected though. One little hiccup happened when the siding company didn't deliver enough siding, so it took a day longer than expected, but overall, no big deal. They cleaned up after themselves and everything. -S. I found this company via their webpage and met them at their office. We toured a few example sheds and were very impressed at the quality of their work and very impressed by their professional and courteous manner. We came back later and specified a dutch barn to be built at our house. Demolition of the old shed was accomplished in one day as we were told and they offered to help me with removal of some brush I had cleared in addition to the previous foundation. As this work was in addition to the shed I agreed to pay a fair price for their labor. I was impressed at their dedication to customer satisfaction as they offered to help with these two elements which were actually not part of the shed project. We were told the shed would take around four days to construct and that's exactly what it required. The gentlemen doing the work were very courteous and nice to talk with. Through the entire process I felt like they were paying close attention to us and doing everything they could to make our experience valuable. I highly recommend this contractor.- L. Cohen, Richmond

They looked like they knew what they were doing from the very beginning. I am very pleased with the way that it looks and they could not have been nicer. I am just tickled to death that they are the ones that did it. They took time with me when I went to talk with them and they were very patient. I don't think I've ever used any contractors as willing and helpful as they were. I found Joe through his website www.bestwaycontracting.com that he had advertised on craigs list. The website itself was so professional. When I called the person who picked up the phone was very courteous and responsive and got his boss (Joe) to call me back the same day. I had gathered estimates from lots of folks but Joe and his team were the only ones who came home to see my backyard and talk to me. They were very quality conscious from the start and did not hesitate to do a task again if they felt it was not up to the mark. The whole crew is friendly, cheerful and open to suggestions from the client. They do not give you a low estimate and then keeping adding stuff. What quote you get is what you pay. So say hello to peace of mind. They cleaned up after themselves and while the job took a little longer due to the weather and the procurement of material, we were very happy with the overall quality of the work and the team.
